Herobrine is a famous Minecraft legend that is widely used on the internet. While most say he’s not real, nobody really knows if he is. Today we will be going over the powers and signs of Herobrine, the theories of him, and the original story of Herobrine. While even Notch (The Creator of Minecraft) says that Herobrine does not exist. I hope this article will help you decide for yourself.
Herobrine has lots of magical powers that allow him to change the world for good or evil. First he has his glowing white eyes that give him 360 degree vision which means there is no way you can sneak up on him. His eyes also process things faster then our eyes so everything is in slow-mo for him. Which means that super speed potions won’t get you close to him either, and just like endermen he can teleport but it is unknown if can use it to travel to other dimensions such asThe Nether and The End. Herobrine also has telekinesis and he can use it to move objects or his enemy. He can also become invisible without potions. He has ridiculously powerful physical attributes such as being incredibly strong with a single punch can hurt really bad or even kill a player like Steve. He also has incredible agility and can fly/run at very fast speeds without getting tired. He also is very durable and can withstand some pretty strong attacks. Herobrine also has fire powers which he can use to set fire to the surrounding area, or to blast fire balls at his foes and he also can strike down lightning, throw splash potions, and hex/curse people. Herobrine has a diamond sword (should be netherite if you ask me) which he is very skilled with. He is also very cunning and wise, and a genius when it comes to making dangerous traps for anyone unlucky enough to be his enemy. Herobrine like Notch, can create things right out of thin air. While Notch makes things like animals, farms, and food. Herobine makes pure creations such as mobs, poisons, and fortresses. Some of the signs for when Herobrine are in your world are, trees with no leaves, sand pyramids on the bottom of the ocean, and glowstone pillars in the nether. If you do see any of these, It’s either Herobrine in your world or your friend is trying to prank you. If Herobrine is in your world be calm and If anything bad happens, delete the world.
There are many theories on what or who Herobrine is. The most common one is that he’s the dead brother of Notch who came back to haunt the game, but this theory is impossible due to the fact that ghosts do not exist and that Notch only has a half brother whois still living. Another theory suggests that he is a virushich is probably the most true due to the fact that he acts similar to one and he may possess powers beyond Minecraft as he is able to reply to people on forums and delete their posts (as you will see in the original story). It is also thought that some fired Mojang employee coded him to get revenge. While most of these are possible, we really don’t know. Most people think he’s just a silly story to get attention on the internet which may or may not be true. But either way Mojang still likes to prank people by putting “Deleted Herobrine” on the update logs which is just fueling the flames.
The original story is what caused most people to think that Herobrines the ghost of Notch's dead brother. It goes as shown: I had recently spawned a new world in single-player Minecraft. Everything was normal at first as I began chopping down trees and crafting a crafting table. I noticed something moving amongst the dense fog. I thought it was a cow, so I pursued it, hoping to grab some hides for armor but… It wasn't a cow. Looking back at me was another character with the default skin, but his eyes were empty. I saw no name pop up, so I double-checked to make sure I wasn't in multiplayer mode. He didn't stay long, he looked at me and quickly ran into the fog. I pursued out of curiosity, but he was gone, I continued on with the game, not sure what to think. As I explored the world I saw things that seemed out of place for the random map generator to make; 2x2 tunnels in the rocks, small perfect pyramids made of sand in the ocean, and groves of trees with all their leaves cut off. I would constantly think I saw the other "player" in the deep fog, but I never got a better look at him. I tried increasing my render distance to far whenever I thought I saw him, but to no avail. I saved the map and went on the forums to see if anyone else had found the pseudo-player, there were none. I created my own topic telling of the man and asking if anyone had a similar experience. The post was deleted within five minutes. I tried again, and the topic was deleted even faster. I received a PM from username 'Herobrine' containing one word: 'Stop.' when I went to look at Herobrine's profile, the page 404'd I received an email from another forum user. He claimed the mods can read the forum user messages, so we were safer using email. The emailer claimed that he had seen the mystery player too, and had a small 'directory' of other users who had seen him as well. Their worlds were littered with obviously man-made features, and described their mystery player to have no pupils. About a month passed until I heard from my informant again, some of the people who had encountered the mystery man had looked into the name Herobrine and found that name to be frequently used by a Swedish gamer. After some further information gathering, it was revealed to be the brother of Notch, the game's developer. I personally emailed Notch, and asked him if he had a brother, it took him a while, but he emailed me back a very short message: I did, but he is no longer with us. -Notch I haven't seen the mystery man since our first encounter and I haven't noticed any changes to the world other than my own.
